Peak Season Roles – October 2025 to March 2026

• Get paid to work through summer and have the rest of the year off. (Opportunity for year round shifts also available).
• We’re Western Australia’s leading pool specialist and we need energetic, customer-focused team members to help us through our busiest time of the year – pool season.

About the Role

• Casual positions (great penalty rates on weekends & public holidays)
• Shifts available across all Perth metro and regional WA Pool Warehouse stores
• You MUST be available to work at multiple locations as required
• Full availability from 1 October to 31 March is mandatory – this includes EVERY weekend, (including Christmas and New Year period), and all school holidays.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone and via email
• Testing pool water and giving expert advice on chemicals and products
• Actively selling and upselling pool chemicals, equipment, parts and accessories
• Processing sales, click-and-collect orders and helping customers load their cars
• Keeping the shop floor and warehouse looking spotless (stock replenishment, cleaning, facing shelves)
• Receiving deliveries and safely putting stock away
• Handling pool chemicals safely (full training & PPE provided)
• Lifting up to 25 kg regularly (manual handling training provided)

You’re our ideal candidate if you

• LOVE dealing with people and have a friendly, can-do attitude
• Are 100% available for the entire peak season (October – March inclusive) – no exceptions
• Are physically fit and happy to lift 25 kg bags regularly
• Have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems
• Have reliable transport and are happy to travel to different stores when needed

It’s a bonus if you have

• Any retail, customer service or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of pools or water chemistry (we’ll teach you everything anyway!)
• A current WA driver’s licence
