Price Matching:
Unfortunately, we are unable to price match or compete with businesses located in Eastern States due to the significant freight costs and other expenses associated with transporting stock to Western Australia.
However, we do offer price matching with WA-based retail stores that have the identical item in stock and available for immediate purchase and pickup. These stores face similar overheads and freight charges, placing them in the same position as us.
At WA Pool Warehouse, we are committed to keeping our prices as competitive as possible to support our valued clients.
2. Delivery terms and conditions
2.1 Delivery addresses should only be made to a place where a person can verify the goods have been delivered (ie: a business address during 9:00am-5:00pm). There must be an authorized person to sign for the delivery during this to.Deliveries will occur Monday to Friday, not on weekends or public holidays. Please note we are not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if the original input of the address was incorrect. Advance notification of delivery day, date or time by phone or email is not possible. Since we use third party delivery, we are unable to provide this service, which is why we stress it is important to have a person at the premises to verify the goods have arrived.
(a) the type or size of product/s you order;
(b) how far you are from the WA Pool Warehouse (Balcatta) that is responsible for fulfilling your
order; and
(c) the number of people required to carry your product/s to the room you require them in
At the time of placing your order online, you will be advised and charged a delivery fee. There may be additional delivery fees, depending on the factors listed above. The final delivery fee will be confirmed by the WA Pool Warehouse (Balcatta) responsible for fulfilling your order. If you do not accept any additional delivery fee, you may choose to cancel your order in which case any payment will be refunded.
2. Payments and pricing
2.1 Prices, offers and product availability may vary between the WA Pool warehouse Online Shop and WA Pool Warehouse stores.
2.2. All prices are in Australian dollars.
2.3 We accept payment via the following methods: Bank Transfer, Over the phone and Eway.
2.4 The competitor’s product must be brand new, identical to ours and offered on the same terms, ie ability to walk in store yourself. We don’t consider overseas or eastern states websites applicable. We and the competitor must have stock ready for collection. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position. We’ll match the price of a product: not delivery charges or other services. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or with Zip.
We reserve the right to price match at our discretion.

4. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
4.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice to you from time to time. If we decide to change these Terms & Conditions we will post those changes here. We encourage you to visit this section of our site regularly in order to remain informed of any changes. Any such amendment will be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
5. How the order is processed
5.1 Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 3pm, will be processed and dispatched the following day (with dispatch timing dependent on stock levels). Any order received on Friday, after 3pm or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday (with dispatch timing dependent on stock levels).
6. Returns

7. When you can exchange/return
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases so please select carefully. However, in the event that you aren’t satisfied, we will happily arrange an exchange or refund of any goods purchased at any WA Pool Warehouse store, provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase; and
- You have proof of purchase, typically your receipt; and
- The item is not soiled, damaged and is in original condition; and
- The item is not made-to-order or is a special order *
- The item is not pool chemicals.
- We will refund your money the same way you purchased the item.
The rights provided to you in this policy are in addition to your statuary rights.
( * Special Orders means orders for goods that are not in stock and the goods were specially obtained for you.)
Returning an item purchased via the WA Pool Warehouse Online shop
You have 2 options.
1. In Person
You may contact the WA Pool Warehouse 1300 552 617 and we will advise on the best store to visit to return/replace/repair your good(s) in person.
You can return any item to any WA Pool Warehouse store. Please ensure you have your original receipt with you or some other form of proof of purchase. You will also need to complete a Returns/Exchange Form. This form can be emailed or faxed to you.
If you are returning the good(s) due to change of mind, we will only refund the cost of the good(s). We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment.
2. By Post
You can fill in a Returns/Exchange Form online at (Returns/Exchange form below), or we can send you a copy via email or fax. Please return the Returns/Exchange Form and the good(s) you wish to return to the WA Pool Warehouse store nominated on the Returns/Exchange Form. Once we have received your good(s) one of our Customer service Operators will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your claim.
Please ensure you take care to protect the good(s) you wish to return when posting. The return postage is your responsibility. If possible, return the goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for good(s) lost in transit.
Please note all returns must be accompanied by a Return/Exchange Form. We will happily forward one to you via email or fax.
How much will be credited or refunded
We will refund your money the same way you have purchased the good(s). This means, we will either credit your credit card, once the good(s) have been returned to the store.
Refunds may take up to three days to process.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty*.
If the good(s) is faulty*, we will pay for the postage to return the faulty* good(s) and we will also pay for the postage to send the new good(s) to you. Please speak with the WA Pool Warehouse Online Shop on 1300 552 617, or you can fill out the Returns/Exchange form online and our Customer Service Operator will contact you.
If you are returning goods due to change of mind, then you will incur the cost of postage. Once we receive the good(s), we will refund the cost of good(s). We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment
* Items will be deemed faulty once they have been returned to the store and verified.
