3. SUBSCRIPTION TERM & SERVICING FREQUENCY
3.1 Minimum Commitment – Three Paid Service Cycles
All WA Pool Warehouse regular Mobile Pool Care plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) paid service cycles, with each service cycle occurring every four weeks.
This represents an initial minimum commitment of 12 weeks and three paid scheduled services.
The minimum financial commitment, excluding chemicals and additional authorised charges, is:
Service Plan

No further minimum-term commitment applies after the initial three cycles.

3.3 Four-Weekly Servicing
Your regular service will be scheduled approximately every 28 days, subject to operational scheduling requirements.
Four-weekly billing is different from monthly billing and generally results in 13 service cycles over a full 52-week period.

4. CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
4.1 Cancellation Notice
Customers may cancel their Mobile Pool Care subscription by providing at least 30 days' notice, subject to completing their initial three paid service cycles.
Cancellation requests may be submitted by:
Contacting your managing WA Pool Warehouse store.
Contacting WA Pool Warehouse customer service.
Submitting a cancellation request through your NETO online customer account or subscription portal.
Cancellation requests will be acknowledged, and we will confirm the effective cancellation date and any outstanding payment obligations.

4.2 Cancellation During the Minimum Term
You may submit a cancellation request during the initial three-cycle commitment.
The request will be recorded, but the ordinary cancellation date will not fall before the completion of the three paid service cycles and the applicable 30-day notice period.
Any outstanding charges remain subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4.3 Cancellation After the Minimum Term
Once the minimum three paid service cycles have been completed, you may cancel your subscription by providing 30 days' notice.
Your subscription will remain active during the notice period, and any services scheduled and payable during that period will be managed in accordance with your agreement.
We will not charge for services scheduled after the effective cancellation date.
Any prepaid amounts for services not provided after the effective cancellation date will be refunded or adjusted as applicable.

4.4 Withdrawal of Payment Authority
You may withdraw your recurring payment authorisation by contacting WA Pool Warehouse, using an available payment-management function in your customer portal, or contacting your financial institution where applicable.
Withdrawal of payment authority does not automatically cancel your service agreement or extinguish any lawful outstanding contractual amounts.
We will not initiate new charges under a withdrawn payment authority unless you provide fresh authorisation.

4.5 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including rights to cancel or obtain a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

5. PRICING, STRIPE PAYMENTS & DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORISATION
5.1 Four-Weekly Subscription Fees
By subscribing to a regular Mobile Pool Care plan, you agree to pay the advertised service fee for your selected package every four weeks, in advance of the scheduled service.
There is no separate booking fee for regular subscription appointments.
Additional fees may apply for separately requested services, additional labour, travel outside standard service areas or other agreed work.

5.2 Stripe Payment Processing
WA Pool Warehouse uses Stripe as its payment processing provider and the NETO online customer portal for customer subscription and account management.
By providing your nominated payment details and accepting this agreement, you authorise WA Pool Warehouse, through Stripe, to process the payments described in this agreement.
This authorisation covers:
Your selected regular service fee every four weeks.
Chemical charges authorised under Section 6, subject to the $60 limit or separate express approval for a higher amount.
Any separately approved additional products, labour or services.
Your payment method will be managed through our authorised payment processing systems.

5.3 Recurring Payment Consent
You expressly authorise WA Pool Warehouse to automatically charge your nominated payment method for the applicable service fee every 28 days, beginning on the billing commencement date disclosed in your subscription confirmation.
You acknowledge that the subscription automatically continues after the initial three paid cycles unless cancelled.
Chemical charges are variable and are processed separately from the regular subscription fee following completion of the relevant service.

5.4 Customer Payment Responsibilities
You confirm that:
You have provided valid and accurate payment details.
You are authorised to use the nominated payment method.
You consent to recurring automatic payments.
You will maintain sufficient available funds.
You will update your payment details if they change or expire.
You may update your payment details through the available NETO customer portal functions or by contacting WA Pool Warehouse.

5.5 Payment in Advance
Regular subscription service fees are payable in advance of the scheduled service.
Your account must be current and all required subscription payments successfully processed before your next scheduled appointment.
WA Pool Warehouse may postpone or suspend a booking where the required payment has not been received, subject to providing appropriate notice.

5.6 Failed Payments
Where a payment is unsuccessful, we may notify you and request an updated payment method or alternative payment arrangement.
A further payment attempt may be made under your existing authorisation, with notice where appropriate.
If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend future services until the account is brought up to date.
Where a chemical or other authorised post-service charge cannot be collected automatically, an itemised invoice will be issued. Payment is requested within 24 hours of invoice issue and is due within seven (7) calendar days, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. This also applies to approved chemical charges above $60 that are invoiced separately.

5.7 Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, please contact WA Pool Warehouse so we can investigate.
You may also dispute a transaction through your card issuer, bank or applicable payment provider.
We will review disputed charges and arrange corrections or refunds where appropriate.

5.8 Stripe & Customer Portal Terms
Payments are processed using Stripe's payment services and are subject to applicable Stripe payment processing requirements.
Where customers are directed to Stripe-hosted services, additional Stripe terms or privacy notices may apply to their use of those services.
Your service agreement remains with WA Pool Warehouse, and WA Pool Warehouse remains responsible for the provision of Mobile Pool Care services, subscription administration and customer service enquiries.

‍

POOL CHEMICALS – CHARGES & AUTHORISATION
6.1 Chemicals Are Additional
All Mobile Pool Care package fees exclude the cost of pool chemicals.
Chemicals are charged separately based on the products and quantities reasonably required to treat and balance your pool following water testing and assessment.
The chemicals selected and dosages applied will be based on:
Your pool water test results.
Your pool's condition and requirements.
The pool's recorded size and water volume.
WA Pool Warehouse's water testing and treatment protocols.
The professional assessment of our service technician.

6.2 Average Chemical Cost
The average chemical cost is approximately $60 per service.
This is an estimate only. Actual chemical costs may be higher or lower depending on pool water conditions and treatment requirements.

6.3 Pre-Authorised Chemical Spending Limit
By subscribing to a Mobile Pool Care plan, you authorise WA Pool Warehouse to supply, administer and charge for required pool chemicals up to a maximum combined value of $60 per service visit, without requiring additional approval.
This is a spending authorisation only. It is not a fixed chemical fee, minimum charge or included allowance.
You will only be charged for chemicals actually supplied and used.

6.4 Chemicals Exceeding $60
If the total chemical treatment required during a visit is expected to exceed $60, our team will contact you by telephone or SMS to explain the additional requirements and request approval before proceeding.
We will not exceed the $60 pre-authorised spending limit without your express approval.
Where approval cannot be obtained, treatment may be limited, deferred or adjusted where safe and appropriate.
Any outstanding treatment recommendations will be included in your service report.

6.5 Automatic Chemical Payments
Following completion of your service, chemical charges up to the $60 pre-authorised limit will ordinarily be charged automatically to your nominated payment method through Stripe. Chemical charges above $60 may be processed automatically only where you have expressly approved the higher amount and its payment method; otherwise, an itemised invoice will be issued. If an automatic payment cannot be processed for any reason, including for an amount of $60 or less, WA Pool Warehouse may issue a separate invoice for the chemicals supplied and used. Payment of any such invoice is requested within 24 hours and is due within seven (7) calendar days after issue.
An itemised invoice or receipt and completed service report will be provided by email or SMS.

6.5A Separate Chemical Invoices and Payment Failures
Where automatic payment cannot be raised or successfully processed against the nominated payment details for any reason, WA Pool Warehouse may invoice the customer separately for the chemicals actually supplied, including charges below $60. The same process applies to chemical charges above $60 where the customer has approved the additional treatment and charges but automatic collection is not available or agreed. An invoice does not replace the requirement to obtain approval before exceeding the $60 limit.
Payment is requested within 24 hours of the invoice being issued and is contractually due within seven (7) calendar days. An unpaid invoice is not overdue before that due date. WA Pool Warehouse may postpone future scheduled services once an invoice is overdue, after reasonable notice and an opportunity to pay or raise a genuine billing dispute. Any service fees already prepaid for a postponed appointment will be appropriately applied to the rescheduled service or otherwise adjusted in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

6.6 WA Pool Warehouse Chemicals Only
For safety, quality assurance, chemical compatibility and consistency of treatment, WA Pool Warehouse uses and supplies only its own approved pool chemicals during Mobile Pool Care appointments.
Customer-supplied or third-party chemicals will not be administered by our technicians.
This policy helps ensure that:
Products are appropriate for the intended treatment.
Chemical quality and suitability can be verified.
Products are handled and administered in accordance with our safety procedures.
Chemical quantities and treatments are accurately recorded.
Our technicians can maintain consistent service and treatment standards.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

6.7 Chemicals Added Between Services
Customers must advise WA Pool Warehouse of any chemicals or treatments added to the pool between scheduled services.
This is important for accurate water testing, chemical compatibility and safe treatment.

7. BOOKINGS, CONFIRMATIONS & SERVICE SCHEDULING
7.1 Booking Confirmation
Following subscription registration, a booking confirmation will be issued by email.
Your selected or allocated WA Pool Warehouse store will manage your ongoing service bookings and customer enquiries.
Your confirmation will include relevant information regarding your service package, scheduled service date and appointment arrangements.

7.2 Service Days & Appointment Windows
Regular Mobile Pool Care services are scheduled according to technician availability, location and route planning.
Appointments are generally allocated to either:
Morning (AM), or
Afternoon (PM).
We do not guarantee exact arrival times.
Where possible, our team will advise you of your allocated appointment window.

7.3 Technician Arrival Notifications
An SMS notification will generally be sent approximately 30 minutes before your technician arrives.
This is an estimated arrival notification and may be affected by operational circumstances.

7.4 Changes to Scheduled Appointments
While we make every reasonable effort to attend on your scheduled service day and within your allocated appointment window, changes may occasionally be necessary.
These may arise due to:
Unexpected complications at an earlier appointment.
Traffic or travel delays.
Technician illness or unavailability.
Equipment or vehicle issues.
Severe weather.
Operational requirements or route optimisation.
From time to time, we may also need to change your preferred service day or appointment window.
Where practicable, we will notify you of changes and arrange a suitable alternative.
We appreciate your understanding that our technicians work across multiple customer locations and that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect scheduling.

8. CUSTOMER ACCESS & PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
To allow our technicians to complete your scheduled service safely and efficiently, customers must ensure appropriate access to their pool and equipment.
You agree to:
Provide accurate property and access details.
Ensure gates and access points are unlocked or provide suitable access instructions.
Ensure the pool and equipment area is safe and accessible.
Secure pets away from the work area.
Ensure pool equipment has access to functioning electricity.
Maintain a suitable pool water level.
Advise us of any known hazards or equipment faults.
Keep children and other persons clear of the work area during servicing.
Where access cannot be obtained, or conditions prevent the technician from safely completing the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
A reasonable missed appointment or call-out fee may apply where the inability to complete the service is within the customer's control, provided the fee has been disclosed before the appointment.
No missed appointment fee will apply where the failure to attend or complete the service is caused by WA Pool Warehouse or circumstances outside the customer's reasonable control.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular pool servicing is intended to assist with maintaining pool water quality and equipment performance.
However, a four-weekly service does not replace the customer's responsibility for ongoing pool care between visits.
Customers remain responsible for:
Maintaining an appropriate pool water level.
Ensuring pool equipment operates as recommended.
Maintaining suitable filtration and circulation between services.
Monitoring pool conditions between scheduled visits.
Reporting equipment faults, leaks or unusual water conditions.
Ensuring the pool area is safe.
Maintaining pool fencing and gates in accordance with applicable Western Australian requirements.
Informing us of any treatments undertaken by others.
Maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
Pools may require additional attention during periods of heavy use, extreme heat, storms or other environmental conditions.
Our team may recommend additional testing, treatment or maintenance where appropriate.

10. POOL WATER QUALITY & TREATMENT RESULTS
WA Pool Warehouse will undertake pool water testing and chemical treatment using reasonable care and skill and in accordance with our applicable treatment protocols.
However, pool water conditions can change between scheduled visits.
Factors affecting pool water quality include:
Weather and rainfall.
Pool usage and swimmer load.
Filtration and circulation.
Equipment condition and operating times.
Environmental contamination.
Water source and quality.
Chemical treatments administered between visits.
For these reasons, regular servicing does not guarantee that pool water will remain perfectly balanced, clear or suitable for swimming at all times.
Where additional treatment is required, our technicians will advise you of their findings and recommendations.
Any additional work or chemical treatment outside the agreed service scope will be discussed and authorised in accordance with this agreement.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to provide services with due care and skill or your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR POOL CARE PACKAGES
Unless specifically included in your selected package or separately agreed, regular pool servicing does not include:
Green pool recovery or intensive algae treatment.
Black spot algae treatment.
Acid washing.
Pool draining or refilling.
Major storm or flood clean-ups.
Equipment repairs or replacement.
Pump, filter or chlorinator installation.
Plumbing or electrical work.
Leak detection.
Structural pool repairs.
Replacement parts or equipment.
Specialist stain or metal treatments.
Additional labour beyond the agreed package allowance.
Where additional work is recommended, WA Pool Warehouse will provide pricing or a quotation for approval before proceeding.
Customers are under no obligation to approve additional work.

12. EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS & EXISTING FAULTS
Equipment checks included in our regular service packages are general visual and operational observations only.
They are not comprehensive mechanical, electrical or technical inspections.
Our technicians may identify and report visible signs of:
Equipment deterioration.
Leaks.
Reduced filtration performance.
Chlorinator issues.
Pump or filter concerns.
Other maintenance requirements.
However, not all faults can be identified during routine servicing.
WA Pool Warehouse is not responsible for faults arising solely from pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, manufacturing defects or work undertaken by third parties.
We remain responsible for damage or loss caused by our negligence, breach of contract or failure to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
Repairs and replacement equipment will be quoted separately.

13. HEALTH, SAFETY & CHEMICAL HANDLING
The safety of our customers, technicians and the general public is a priority.
WA Pool Warehouse reserves the right to postpone, suspend or discontinue work where conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.
Examples include:
Unsafe electrical equipment.
Aggressive or unsecured animals.
Dangerous access conditions.
Severe weather or lightning.
Unsafe pool surrounds.
Chemical hazards.
Threatening or abusive behaviour.
Customers must follow any safety instructions provided by our technicians following chemical treatment.
Where treatment requires a waiting period before swimming, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the pool is not used until it is safe to do so.
Our technicians will advise of any relevant restrictions where appropriate.

14. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, LABOUR & TRAVEL
Standard Mobile Pool Care pricing includes the labour and activities outlined in your selected package.
Additional work may incur separate charges.

14.1 Additional Labour
Additional labour outside the selected package may be charged at the applicable rate advised before the work proceeds.
For Complete Pool Care, the standard additional labour rate is $65 per 30 minutes.

14.2 Travel
Standard servicing is subject to WA Pool Warehouse's applicable service areas.
Additional travel charges may apply to properties located outside our standard service radius.
Any applicable additional travel charges will be disclosed and agreed before the booking is confirmed.

14.3 Additional Work
Additional services or products will not be supplied or charged without the customer's authorisation, except for chemicals covered by the standing authorisation in Section 6.

INVOICES, PAYMENT FAILURES & OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
15.1 Service Reports & Invoices
Following completion of each service, customers will receive a service completion report and invoice or receipt by email or SMS.
These records may include:
Service date.
Work completed.
Pool water test results.
Chemicals administered.
Chemical charges.
Equipment observations.
Additional recommendations.

15.2 Payment Due Dates
Subscription service fees must be paid in advance.
Chemical charges and other authorised post-service charges will ordinarily be automatically deducted from the customer's nominated payment method following the completed service.
Where an automatic chemical payment is unsuccessful, cannot be initiated, or is otherwise unavailable, WA Pool Warehouse may issue an itemised invoice for the amount actually authorised and supplied, whether the chemical charge is less than, equal to, or greater than $60. Chemical charges above $60 require express approval under Section 6.4 before the spending limit is exceeded. An invoice may also be issued for approved chemical charges above $60 where those charges are not collected automatically. Payment is requested within 24 hours of invoice issue and is due within seven (7) calendar days, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

15.3 Failed Payments
Where a payment fails, WA Pool Warehouse may contact the customer to request updated payment details or arrange an alternative payment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their nominated payment method remains valid.

15.4 Overdue Accounts
Where an invoice remains unpaid after its stated seven (7) calendar day due date (or another agreed due date), WA Pool Warehouse may, after giving reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve a genuine billing dispute:
Suspend future service bookings.
Withhold confirmation of additional appointments.
Cancel future bookings after providing reasonable notice.
Seek recovery of outstanding amounts.
We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the outstanding balance before referring a debt for external recovery.

15.5 Debt Recovery
Where an account remains unpaid despite reasonable attempts to resolve the matter, WA Pool Warehouse may refer the outstanding balance to a debt collection agency or pursue lawful recovery action.
Any debt recovery costs will only be charged where legally recoverable.
Customers may contact us to dispute an invoice or discuss payment difficulties.

16. RESCHEDULING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Customers who need to reschedule an individual appointment should contact their managing WA Pool Warehouse store as soon as possible.
Where possible, we request at least 24 hours' notice.
A reasonable fee may apply to late cancellations or appointments that cannot proceed because access has not been provided, provided the fee was disclosed in advance.
Where WA Pool Warehouse needs to reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative suitable date.
Customers will not be charged for a service that WA Pool Warehouse does not perform, except where a properly disclosed and lawful missed appointment fee applies.
Rescheduling an individual appointment does not automatically cancel or terminate the ongoing subscription.

17. SERVICE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION BY WA POOL WAREHOUSE
WA Pool Warehouse may suspend or terminate a service agreement where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including:
Repeated payment failures.
Persistent overdue accounts.
Unsafe working conditions.
Repeated inability to access the property.
Threatening or abusive conduct.
Misrepresentation of relevant booking information.
Service requirements outside our operational capabilities.
Where practicable, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Any refund or adjustment for prepaid services not provided will be processed as applicable.
Termination does not remove the obligation to pay for services already completed or authorised products supplied.

18. PHOTOGRAPHS, SERVICE RECORDS & PRIVACY
Our technicians may take photographs of your pool, equipment or relevant work areas for legitimate service purposes.
These may be used to:
Record the condition of the pool.
Document work completed.
Identify equipment faults.
Support service recommendations.
Maintain customer service records.
Assist with complaints or warranty enquiries.
Customer information will be managed in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and Australian privacy requirements.
Photographs identifying a customer's property will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes without appropriate consent.

19. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS & SERVICE CONCERNS
WA Pool Warehouse is committed to providing professional and reliable service.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Mobile Pool Care service, please contact your managing store or our customer service team.
We will review your concerns and work with you to identify an appropriate resolution.
Where a service has not been performed with reasonable care and skill, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We encourage customers to report concerns promptly so that our team can investigate while the circumstances are recent.

20. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill and will be reasonably fit for any purpose made known to us, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
WA Pool Warehouse remains responsible for loss or damage caused by its negligence, breach of contract or failure to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, WA Pool Warehouse is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, pre-existing defects, customer misuse, third-party work or failures to maintain the pool between visits.

20.1 Public Liability Insurance
WA Pool Warehouse maintains public liability insurance in connection with its business operations, including its Mobile Pool Care services, subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.
Our insurance is intended to provide protection in circumstances involving accidental third-party property damage or personal injury arising from our business activities, where covered by the policy.
Our Mobile Pool Care technicians are expected to undertake their duties with reasonable care and skill, following appropriate safety procedures and operational standards.
In the unlikely event that damage or injury occurs during a service appointment, customers are encouraged to notify WA Pool Warehouse as soon as reasonably practicable so the circumstances can be investigated and, where appropriate, referred to our insurer.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20.2 Property Damage, Equipment Failure & Limitation of Liability
WA Pool Warehouse takes reasonable care when undertaking all Mobile Pool Care services and aims to protect customers' pools, equipment and surrounding property.
However, customers acknowledge that swimming pools and associated equipment may be subject to existing deterioration, wear and tear, corrosion, ageing, manufacturing defects or other conditions that may not be immediately apparent during routine servicing.
Subject to Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, WA Pool Warehouse is not responsible for loss, damage or equipment failure to the extent that it is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or is not attributable to our acts or omissions.
This may include:
a) Pre-existing Damage & Equipment Deterioration
Damage or failure resulting from existing faults, worn or brittle components, deteriorated seals, ageing pipework, corrosion, defective fittings or equipment that has reached or exceeded its expected service life.
b) Equipment Failure During Routine Maintenance
Failure of existing equipment or components during normal operation or routine servicing where the failure is attributable to an underlying defect or deterioration, rather than a failure by WA Pool Warehouse to exercise reasonable care and skill.
c) Pool Surfaces & Finishes
Existing staining, discolouration, scaling, deterioration or defects affecting pool surfaces, tiles, grout, liners or finishes that are not caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
d) Chemical Treatment & Water Conditions
Changes in water chemistry, clarity or condition arising from pre-existing water imbalances, environmental factors, inadequate circulation, equipment malfunction or treatments undertaken by customers or third parties.
WA Pool Warehouse is responsible for exercising reasonable care and skill when selecting, handling and administering pool chemicals.
e) Customer or Third-Party Actions
Loss or damage caused by customer misuse, incorrect equipment settings, unauthorised modifications, third-party servicing or failure to follow reasonable maintenance and safety recommendations.
f) Events Outside Our Control
Damage or deterioration caused by storms, flooding, power outages, extreme weather, environmental contamination or other events outside our reasonable control.
g) Reporting Existing Defects
Where our technicians identify an apparent equipment defect, safety concern or maintenance issue, we will endeavour to notify the customer and record the finding in the service report.
Identification of an existing defect does not automatically mean that WA Pool Warehouse is responsible for repairing or replacing the affected equipment.
h) Damage Reporting & Investigation
Customers should notify WA Pool Warehouse as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering suspected damage associated with a service appointment.
We will investigate the circumstances, review relevant service records and photographs, and determine an appropriate response.
Where applicable, the matter may be referred to our public liability insurer.
i) Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
WA Pool Warehouse remains responsible for loss or damage caused by its negligence, breach of contract or failure to provide services with due care and skill, to the extent required by law.

21. CHANGES TO PRICING OR TERMS
WA Pool Warehouse may review its Mobile Pool Care package pricing and Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Where changes materially affect an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before those changes take effect, unless an earlier change is required by law or for urgent safety reasons.
Customers who do not wish to accept a material change may cancel their subscription before the change takes effect without an additional early termination charge.
Changes will not affect services already completed or charges already incurred.

Went in for advice on my water & system, workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything unlike other stores. I will definitely be going through WA Pool Warehouse for my future tests and equipment.

Hans really knows his stuff and gives honest advice without trying to upsell anything you don’t need. The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and my pool equipment has never looked better. Highly recommend his shop!
